DJ Earworm Presents The First End-Of-The-Year Pop Mashup

DJ Earworm has delivered the first “United States of Pop 2014 (Do What You Wanna Do)” pop song mashup and video of 2014.

Mashup

DJ Earworm has done it again (and, may I just point out that his name is possibly the most appropriate name ever because I’ve been singing this mashup all morning). He’s delivered the first “United States of Pop 2014 (Do What You Wanna Do)” song mashup and video of 2014.

Earworm takes hooks and memorable verses from the year’s biggest pop songs and mashes them up into one exceptional compilation. Not only does he mashup the songs, he takes clips from each of the tracks’ music videos and gives a video compilation, as well. Take a look at 2014’s mashup below.

The artists and songs included, in case you were unable to catch them all in the video, are as follows:

A Great Big World feat. Christina Aguilera – “Say Something”
Ariana Grande feat. Iggy Azalea – “Problem”
Bastille – “Pompeii”
Dj Snake & Lil Jon – “Turn Down For What”
Hozier – “Take Me to Church”
Idina Menzel – “Let It Go”
Iggy Azalea feat. Charli XCX – “Fancy”
Iggy Azalea feat. Rita Ora – “Black Widow”
Jason Derulo feat. 2 Chainz – “Talk Dirty”
Jeremih feat. YG – “Don’t Tell ‘Em”
Jessie J feat. Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj – “Bang Bang”
John Legend – “All Of Me”
Katy Perry feat. Juicy J – “Dark Horse”
Lorde – “Team”
Magic! – “Rude”
Maroon 5 – “Animals”
Meghan Trainor – “All About That Bass”
Nico & Vinz – “Am I Wrong”
One Direction – “Story of My Life”
Passenger – “Let Her Go”
Pharrell Williams – “Happy”
Pitbull feat. Ke$ha – “Timber”
Sam Smith – “Stay With Me”
Taylor Swift – “Shake It Off”
Tove Lo – “Habits”

Do you think there were some singles missing from the compilation, or perhaps some included tracks that should have been omitted? (I know I personally could happily live out the rest of my days without ever hearing “Timber”, “Rude” and “Let Her Go” again).

How do you think it compares to the 2013 DJ Earworm compilation?
