Seven years after the sun set on Orange County for the last time, The O.C. star Adam Brody has accomplished more than he thought his Californian alter ego would have ever done.
In addition to becoming engaged to Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester, the actor has appeared in several films and television shows since the end of The O.C.
“If I had to predict, I’d say Seth Cohen is dead,” Brody said to Nylon magazine when asked about where his character, Seth Cohen, would be now. “I think he’d be going down to Mexico and probably had a bad car accident. It wasn’t any fault of his own, but yeah, knowing what I know now about Seth and his poor decision-making, that’s my guess.”
Even though Brody is sure that his character didn’t survive the past couple years, he is confident that Seth Cohen is happy with his final destination.
“I mean, he’s probably hanging out in heaven watching Jimi Hendrix and Lou Reed live,” Brody offered up as a consolation. “He’s probably getting the best concert ever!”
