Marvel released the first full trailer for Ant-man and the Wasp and now we know why Ant-man wasn’t in 'Infinity War'. He was very busy, elsewhere. The first film, starring Paul Rudd, was a surprise hit, because it was the first of the MCU movies that wasn’t met with great enthusiasm. We were all proved wrong by the excellence Ant-man gave us, and now we can’t wait to see what happens next for Scott Lang.
The trailer gives a glimpse of what’s coming now that he has a sidekick, or maybe he’s the sidekick now. Evangeline Lilly returns as Hope Van Dyne but now she’s also the Wasp, and it appears Dr. Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) favors her, showing it by giving her much better specs on her first suit then Ant-man has currently. Scott’s friend Luis (Michael Pena) is back again, hopefully to share events in only the amazing way he can. We learn that Scott gave up Ant-man for some period of time, but now he’s back with a partner, which his adorable daughter suggests. Ant-man and the Wasp will face a new villain played by Hannah John-Kamen as the Ghost. That doesn’t sound like a very friendly or easy-to-defeat bad girl, but we have faith in our heroes.Our favorite moment has to be when Scott brags about how big he’s gotten as Ant-man.
The trailer for Ant-man and the Wasp is action packed and looks to be an excellent edition to the MCU. Check out the excitement already building among the Twitterverse.
