It appears it is a day of news for the Whovians amongst us. We have received the official synopsis for “The Day Of The Doctor,” and now we have finally been given the air date for “An Adventure in Space and Time.”
The news was broken via the show’s twitter page earlier today
An Adventure in Space and Time premieres on @BBCTwo on Thursday, 21 November at 9pm. Mark Gatiss discusses the drama: http://t.co/RAKeLZK4nF

The drama, which is penned by Doctor Who and Sherlock writer Mark Gatiss and tells the story of how the first episode of Doctor Who made it to our television screens back in 1963, will air on BBC Two at 9pm on November 21st. Harry Potter star David Bradley plays the role of William Hartnell, the first Doctor to man the TARDIS.
Mark Gatiss has made no apologies for his love for the hit sci-fi drama, and has called the drama a “love letter to Doctor Who.”
So before we get to see the latest adventure of the world’s favourite Time Lord, we can learn just how he came to gain the attention of the British public way back in 1963.
