Becky Hill is an English singer and songwriter, making her way into the industry, slowly and steadily. After collaborating with various artists and getting to the semi-finals of The Voice UK during its first season, it’s time for her to show us what she’s got. Following the release of her buzz single, “Caution To The Wind”, in the summer, the songstress has gone on and dropped her first official single, “Losing”, which is majorly amazing.

The track was produced and co-written by MNEK, who is known for his soft and elegant electro-pop productions, and this one is no exception. The upbeat melody is filled with synths and driven by a heavy beat that’s kicking throughout, complimenting her beautiful vocals. She sings it greatly and manages to give the song a soulful twist. The chorus is big and ear-grabbing, with the ability to get you jamming to it and it gets stuck in your head.

Not bad for her first proper release of a single, is it? Becky Hill is up for great things and the era of her forthcoming, debut studio album is beginning just now. However, “Losing” is not available for purchase anywhere, due to UK’s always late release dates. The song is only coming out on November 16, a couple of months away from now.
