Behold the trailer from Tim Burton’s latest work of art, Big Eyes!

Christoph Waltz (Inglorious Bastards) and Amy Adams (American Hustle) costar in this drama as Walter and Margaret Keane, who were a part of one of the art community’s biggest hoaxes!

Big Eyes voyages the couple’s constant divorce battle, as Walter claims to be the true artist of portraits of big-eyed waifs, when in fact it is Margaret who is the true artist and Walter is just taking the credit because paintings by men will sell…what a bastard!

If someone tried to claim credit for my hard work that I sacrificed time and energy for, I wouldn’t take them to court–I’d grab my double-edge Klingon blade and battle them to the death!

Burton is directing the movie from a screenplay by Scott Alexander, who wrote Man on the Moon, and Larry Karaszewski, famous for The People vs Larry Flynt.

Other famous celebs starring in this flick are Danny Huston, Terrence Stamp, Jason Schwartzman, and Krysten Ritter.  There’s just something about Krysten Ritter’s facial structure that just gives me the creeps.  Those who know about Burton’s work should guess that Ritter gives off the perfect vibe for a Burton flick.

Big Eyes opens on December 25 in the U.S. and on December 26 in the UK. So be a good little boy or girl and maybe Santa will bring you movie tickets for this biographical drama!
