Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ To Premiere In L.A.

The upcoming installment in the ‘Dragon Ball Z’ anime film series, ‘Ressurection F’, is expected to premiere at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles.

FUNimation Entertainment announced Sunday that they have not only licensed the new Dragon Ball Z film Fukkatsu no F (Resurrection ‘F’), but that they’re also working with Toei Animation in order to host a world premiere of Resurrection ‘F’ at the Egyptian Theater in Los Angeles, California on April 11th. The film will be in Japanese and will feature English subtitles. FUNimation plans on dubbing the film and then releasing it in more theaters over the summer. If the dubbing is done in time, then it is highly possible that the film will be shown at Anime Expo as well.

As stated previously by Dragon Ball Z creator Akira Toriyama, Fukkatsu no F brings back fan favorite villain Frieza and has our favorite heroes stand off against him once again. Frieza is back and more powerful then ever, who will be the one to take her down this time around? I sincerely hope Vegeta is given the chance to destroy Frieza once and for all. Goku did it as did Trunks, let’s give this kill to the prince of all Saiyans. Whose with me on this one? Anyone?

Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F will premiere in 2D, 3D, and 3D IMAX in Japan on April 18th. Advanced screenings will be held before the L.A. premiere of the highly anticipated film in Japan. Will you be watching?
