What? MTV has officially pulled the plug on Finding Carter?
No.
No no no no no. I need my CarCrash romance!
We just got the Jared plot twist off on another run, and they pull the plug.
Zac Pullam, who played Carter’s younger brother Grant, revealed the news on his Twitter account at 10:54 this morning (1/29/16).
Sad to say it but if you don’t already know, Finding Carter won’t be returning for a season 3

If you remember, we just finished up Season 2 in December with quite a few new developments:
-
Bird was pregnant with Seth’s baby and had to make the hard decision to get an abortion. (While she would have been a great mom, we all know she was in no position, financially, to raise a child).
-
Ben, Carter’s half brother (full brother? Depends on if you believe that Lori is Carter and Taylor’s biological mom), was beaten to near-death by Jared’s druggie bro, Rick. Nice guy, this Rick. Remind me to send him a one way ticket in a hand basket.
-
Lori confessed to Jared’s murder to save Max from throwing his life away. But Max, being the truthful Yogi soul he is, couldn’t let her take the fall for him. He turned himself in to the police. That puts a bit of a knot in his and Taylor’s relationship.
-
Crash is back in the picture. He’s straightened out, thanks to his time in the service, and fully prepared to embrace his feelings for Carter. But Carter, fresh out of her relationship with Jared, just needs a shoulder to lean on and a friendly ear. Crash creates a fake relationship, so he can stay close to Carter (even though we can all see it is eating him up inside).
Between this news and Netflix pulling its entire Doctor Who collection, I am seriously bummed out. What’s next, John Barrowman’s Malcom Merlyn mysteriously resigning from being Raz Al Ghul?
Come on, TV shows, get your acts together!
