Everyone wants Hillary to run for president in 2016, even George Clooney.
Clooney told E! News that he thinks Hillary Clinton should be the next president. She hasn’t announced any plans for running for president, of course, but Clooney, who was a huge supporter of Obama, is ready. He said that “she’d be very tough to beat now.”
“I think that all of the things that people thought of her as polarizing in [her previous run in] 2008 don’t exist at all,” he said, perhaps referencing people who thought that she was too aggressive and abrasive. Clooney apparently thinks that Clinton could solve workplace inequality, too. “I think there’s one last glass ceiling to be broken, and I think she could do a great job with it.”
Well, Hillary, you’ve got George’s vote — “of course,” he says. Hey, he’d probably make a great running mate.
