He’s best known as ‘Adam’, the on/off boyfriend of Hannah (Lena Dunham), in hit HBO show, Girls. Now, according to THR rising star Adam Driver is in talks to appear in a movie adaption of Jonathan Tropper’s book, This Is Where I Leave You.
The Warner Bros. produced film, already has a stellar cast, with the likes of Tina Fey, Jason Bateman, Jane Fonda, Corey Stoll and Kathryn Hahn already signed up. Negotiations will take place regarding his busy Girls schedule, have it be that Driver can balance his schedule; he’ll play the ‘rebel’ of four grown-up siblings, who are tasked with spending seven days together, following their late father’s death. Out of respect, this dysfunctional family must grant their father’s last wish. It all sounds so easy doesn’t it? The issue here is that they haven’t all been under the same roof in over a decade, so I can see a lot of butting heads on the cards!
