Jimmy Fallon Spearheads Epic Saved By The Bell Reunion

Jimmy Fallon has done it again–first a Fresh Prince reunion on his show and now Saved By The Bell?! Prepare yourselves, ’90s kids…

This man can do no wrong, it seems. This week, late night talk show host Jimmy Fallon has been on a major nostalgia theme, not only did he do an awesome rendition of the intro to the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on Monday night (Feb. 2)- where he even had two of the cast members (Alfonso Ribeiro and  DJ Jazzy Jeff) show up – but now he’s gone on another childhood favorite by getting the cast of Saved By The Bell for the Wednesday night (Feb. 4) broadcast.

Jimmy is joined by Mario Lopez, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkley, and Mark-Paul Gosselaar, recreating a flashback sequence of how Fallon told his friends that he was moving to New York to pursue a career on SNL. Noticeably absent, of course, was Screech and Lisa, played by Dustin Diamond and Lark Voorhies. No mention as to why they didn’t appear, but given Dustin’s recent arrest and not being on good terms with his cast members (remember that book?), it was probably not a surprise that he didn’t turn up for this.

Check out the clip below and let us know if this has brought back any memories.
