The woman who brought us Lorelai Gilmore is back again, as Lauren Graham is set to star in a new Fox comedy entitled Linda from HR. According to TVLine, the Gilmore Girls star will take on the half-hour comedy pilot from Fox.

The series focuses on Linda Plugh, an HR employee who makes one bad decision. Unfortunately for her, that bad decision sends her life in a tail spin, and, if her secret gets out, it could end up ruining everything for her.

That isn’t all for Graham, though. It seems that she’s coming off hot from her latest season of Gilmore Girls on Netflix because she is also set to have a few episodes in the upcoming ninth season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Linda from HR would nab Graham her first network show spot since wrapping up NBC’s Parenthood. Basically, any show that Lauren Graham touches seems to be turning to gold recently, so we have high hopes for Linda from HR.

Itai Grunfeld and Geoff Barbanell wrote the pilot script together and are serving as executive producers with Tracy Katsky, Aaron Kaplan, and Dana Honor. Marc Buckland of My Name is Earl and Scrubs fame will direct.

We will have to wait and see what happens with the show once it airs. As of right now, this is all the information we have. But who knows? It could be another great sitcom. It does have Lauren Graham in it, so chances are it is going to be amazing no matter what.
