Christmas is coming and it’s nearly time to start the official countdown with our Advent calendars on December 1. But for those of us who can’t wait that long to begin the festive season, singing sensation Leona Lewis has started her virtual “More Sleeps Countdown”, as a pre-Advent calendar for fans.
The calendar, unveiled on Leona’s website, counts down the days until her new album, Christmas, With Love is released on December 2, with each day bringing a new song preview from the winner of The X Factor 2007.
With original songs, including lead single One More Sleep, as well as covers of some of the most beloved Christmas standards (Silent Night, White Christmas, and Wizzard’s I Wish it Could Be Christmas Everyday amongst others), all sung in Leona’s enchanting style (remember the soaring Run?) Christmas, With Love sounds like the perfect way to kick off the festive season.
