Margot Robbie Plays Femme Fatale In New Neo-Noir
Oscar nominee Margot Robbie will be returning to the big screen this May in the Vaughn Stein-directed neo-noir Terminal.
Robbie stars as a scenery-chewing femme fatale who manipulates a pair of hit men played by Max Irons and Dexter Fletcher. The two assassins are ordered by a mysterious man named Mr. Franklin to carry out a hit, and get mixed up with Robbie’s Annie, a waitress leading a double life. Simon Pegg also co-stars as a teacher battling a deadly illness.
The trailer doesn’t give too much away, but Terminal is already being compared with movies like Blade Runner and Sin City, with its gritty, neon-lit aesthetic.
Watch the trailer here, and keep your eyes peeled for Mike Meyers, making his first live action appearance since Inglourious Basterds:
Terminal hits theaters May 11.
