Hot on the heels of Misha Collins’ spilling the deets on Castiel’s role come next season on Supernatural, Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester) had some Season 10 revelations of his own to share.
After several seasons’ worth of brotherly angst, early reports are saying that Sam and Dean will finally focus on reconciliation when Supernatural returns to TV screens nationwide this October. This comes as a surprise considering the problems that are bound to come about early on considering Dean’s shiny new set of demon eyes. However, it’s a welcome one by fans all around the globe after what seems like eons of waiting for the two to set their differences aside… at least for the time being.
In a recent interview with TVLine, Jared said, “You see in the finale a lot of what makes Sam and Dean ‘Sam and Dean. There’s a lot of that brotherly love that the show is based on. So hopefully next season we bounce off of that.”
Meanwhile, Jensen Ackles (Dean Winchester) sat down with reporters to reveal just how Sam may able to save Dean in the coming season. Just how, you may ask? Through injecting human blood into his veins, ala the Season 9 finale in which Sam almost lost his life due to a loophole in the angel tablet created by Metatron.
Will Sam’s life be risked again as he and Cas race to save Dean from the Mark of Cain’s curse next season? Either way, bring on the love!
