First of all, you might want to get some tissues ready. Broadchurch is a drama series which will begin with the death of 11-year-old Danny, after which the story will centre around his parents, played by Andrew Buchan and Jodie Whittaker. It will illustrate the terrible events Danny’s family have to go through when the media invades the small town of Dorset while they are trying to deal with their great loss, and many tears will be shed.

The series will feature well known actors such as David Tennant and Olivia Colman, but also Arthur Darvill will make an appearance, and it will consist of eight episodes.

On top of all that, for those unfortunate enough not to have access to ITV, don’t worry: the DVD is already available for preorder, and it will be released on the 27 of May. For now, have a look at the trailer, as it looks very promising!
