Nicholas Hoult started out his career by playing an adorable cherubic child opposite Hugh Grant in the film About A Boy, since then has taken on varied roles.

Before he became leading-man movie material , Hoult’s most notable role was as bad boy but charming teenager Tony Stonem in E4’s Skins. The lead part made him a teen idol in the Uk and Ireland and the series was so successful that MTV made an American version. 

And now it appears that Hoult is again channeling his inner charming-bad boy for his turn in the upcoming film Kill Your Friends.

The film tells the story of A&R music agent Steven Stelfox played by Hoult. Wanting to get ahead, this dark character hatches a plan that sees him leaving a trail of blood in his wake.

In the recently released trailer, we see Hoult, partying and hooking up with women, all the while narrating the intricacies of the British music industry. And things take a dark turn when we are shown glimpses of murder.

Kill Your Friends, is set to get a wide theatrical release in UK and Ireland on September 6.
