Parks and Recreation, NBC’s successful comedy sitcom, documents the life of Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) as she works in the Parks Department of (fictional) Pawnee, Indiana. The show is filmed in the ‘mockumentary’ style where the premise is a camera crew following Knope as she strives to thrive within the department.

The show, currently in its sixth season, released a special deleted scene after the latest episode, ‘Anniversaries,’ aired last week.

In the scene, Leslie gives Ben Wyatt (Adam Scott) an Iron Throne and he just loses his mind by freaking out about the gift. He seriously can’t believe it! In the meantime, she explains how she got the throne, but Ben is really impressed to give her too much attention.

The scene pays homage to HBO’s hit series, Game Of Thrones.

Sitting in the so-wanted throne, Ben delivers notable quotes from the show including: “When you play the Game of Thrones you win or you die” and “yes…no, yes…no”.

Parks and Rec airs every Thursday on NBC at 8:30PM (EST)
