A few new categories have been added to the Kids Choice Award roster this year, such as Favorite App Game (I’d be very surprised if Flappy Bird did not appear on it), Favorite Funny Star, Favorite Animated Animal Sidekick, and Most Enthusiastic Athlete.
With its four nominations for Favorite Book, Favorite Movie, Favorite Movie Actress, and Favorite Female Buttkicker, it is not surprising that Jennifer Lawrence (The Hunger Games Saga) clearly dominates the nominees list. However, Iron Man 3 is not far behind with its three nominations.
Concerning music, pop singer Katy Perry can roar with pleasure, knowing she has been nominated for three categories: Favorite Female Singer, Favorite Song and Favorite Voice from Animated movie.
