“We need you guys to just intervene because we have a court order document that the child doesn’t want to go with his father, he doesn’t have to go, and now it’s enforced. We need you to come and enforce the order. We have a restraining order, the person is within distance of the restraining order, he’s in violation of it currently, ” were the words spoken by Julian Thicke’s — the child of Paula Patton and Robin Thicke — nanny.

On Thursday, a 911 call was released after the nanny called authorities to report that the 6-year-old was frightened to go home with his dad and begged her to call police. The nanny claimed that the singer was violating his temporary restraining order which was filed in January by his ex-wife. The Thicke, 39, was ordered to stay away from his child and Patton unless the visits were supervised. 

The incident occurred last month at a park in Malibu where the “Blurred Lines” singer and his court monitor meet to pick up Julian based on the agreed court arrangement. 

“This child is literally begging me and everyone else to call 911. That’s how much he does not want to go,” the nanny admitted. “He’s 6 years old, and literally every time he has these visits, the night before, the day before, he’s crying, he’s praying to angels, he’s trying to avoid it like the plague. A source close to Thicke is denying these allegations and says he never left the designated spot which was agreed upon.

“Robin never left his designated spot while waiting for Julian. He’s followed the same protocol they follow every single week, and that time and location and protocol was agreed to by both parties,” the source said. 

Thicke and his actress ex-wife have been in a custody battle over rights to their son since their split last year. The visitation rules state that Patton, 41, has to give the child to a court-appointed representative in order for Thicke to take him.

ho had been married for 10 years — shocked everyone when it was announced they would be separating late last year. Thicke acknowledged they were having trouble finding a balance after the birth of Julian in 2010. It was their first child and they found it difficult to find a happy medium between being parents, being married, and managing their careers. 

Although, some sources said that it was because of Thicke’s cheating after a photo surfaced of him grabbing an unknown woman’s derriere that the relationship fell apart.
