Every year as networks hold their upfronts, they discuss shows renewals, cancellations, along with what to expect for next year. While it’s always exciting to see upcoming programming and to build anticipation for new original series, it means room must be made on the schedule and shows must be cancelled, and sometimes it’s not easy letting go of your favorite series. This season saw many upsetting cancellations, frustrating groups of dedicated television fans who hoped to see their enjoyable programs back for the 2014/2015 season.

Series cancelled that caused extreme fan disappointment included series like the hilarious ensemble comedy The Crazy Ones, NBC’s Community, and Fox Network’s Rake, and Almost Human. The list below includes all of the cancelled series this year, and here’s hoping next season brings great programming after cutting such beloved series.
