It’s happening. It’s really, really happening. The Entourage movie has begun filming, and fans of the series the world over are doing the happy dance of joy.
It seems fans of the series aren’t the only ones excited, as the cast and writer-director Doug Ellin have swamped social media to document the start of filming.
Ellin Instagrammed several photos from the Miami location, including one of him hard at work on the first day, in a photo he captioned, “Rough first day of shoot”… Sure looks like he had his hands full.

Adrian Grenier has taken to both Twitter and Instagram, tweeting a photo of himself the day before shooting began, in full Vinny Chase mode, a short video of co-stars Kevin Connolly and Jerry Ferrara, as well as a few from location.

Jerry Ferrara is also using his Instagram to keep us up to date on the behind the scenes goings on, including a lovely photo of himself and co-star Kevin Dillon that may or may not have been photobombed by Kevin Connolly.
So while it may have been two years since the series ended, and after countless setbacks and postponements, it looks like the cast and crew are just as happy as us that the Entourage movie is a go!
