A deleted scene featuring buddies Iron Man and cameraman Gary, also known as Robert Downey Jr. and Adam Pally shows an extended take on the rather stroppy exchange between these two after the latter shows Tony Stark his tattoo of Stark’s face.
“Your eyes aren’t as dead as they are here” is merely one of the many incredible one-liners uttered by cameraman-and-hardcore-geek Gary.
Shane Black gave Pally total liberty of improvising and making this part his own, which only makes this already awesome scene even more special.
We’ll probably get this deleted scene (and hopefully a lot more), gag reels and other special features when the Iron Man 3 Blu-Ray and DVD hits shelves on September 24th in America and September 9th in the UK.
