The first trailer for the movie The 33, or Los 33, based on the 2010 Chilean miners rescue that made headlines, has been released by Warner Bros. on Wednesday.
The drama follows the story of the 33 Chilean miners who were trapped for 69 days in the northern Chilean mine town of San Jose at 2,300 feet underground.
The story of the mine collapse gripped the news and the world waited, watched and prayed.
The film stars some heavy hitters: Antonio Banderas, Lou Diamond Phillips, Cote de Pablo, Juliette Binoche, James Brolin and Rodrigo Santoro among many others familiar faces and is directed by Patricia Riggan. It is set to come out on November 13th, 2015.
