What Happened To Migos Member TakeOff?

Out of the Migos members, Quavo and Offset keep their names relevant, but TakeOff makes sure to keep the mystique alive.

Migos’ album Culture made waves, and, while other members, Quavo and Offset, hop from collaboration to collaboration, TakeOff remains quiet.

Migos Makes Moves

Even though the rapper portrays himself as an integral part of the trio, fans constantly compare him to his uncle and cousin. While they put his flow on a pedestal, others place him below the other rappers. Even TakeOff pointed out the unfair comparison on the hit “Slippery.” With Quavo appearing in every song known to man right now, and, with Offset working with Cardi B, TakeOff keeps mum. Maybe he just wants a break from the spotlight?

TakeOff posted his last Instagram picture and Twitter message in late June.

A Rogue, Migos Man

While he and the other members hosted shows sporadically throughout the summer, his silence makes fans wonder. Another song might leak, just like his last jam “Intruder.” Released in May, he rapped solo for the first time. Quavo and Offset already dropped their singles, so “Intruder” hyped TakeOff’s own fandom. However, he only blessed them with one track. They want more, yet he just disappeared. He seemed more interested in the women than the music, at least for now.

According to Bossip, the talented artist got caught in bed with a stripper. “It appears like a pole-popping princess snapped a flick of him while he slept peacefully on what looks like hotel sheets,” the outlet reads. Oh, okay. Good sleep and good sex rejuvenate the spirit, but nothing helps the soul like good music! Hopefully, TakeOff releases another rap. Instead of wasting his talent away sleeping, the man needs to stay holed up in a booth. While Quavo and Offset make hit singles, TakeOff needs to show the world what he can do, as well. People crave more lyrics, like, “Don’t do it, Intruder/I bust ya medulla.” Give the people what they want, TakeOff.

Just take off.
