Zelda Will Take Over Nintendo 3DS With “Majora’s Mask”

The Legend Of Zelda is taking over every Nintendo console possible and Majora’s Mask has now been confirmed for a 3DS re-release.

Don’t tell me you have never played any title of The Legend of Zelda series. The well-known story of Link saving the world has been a gamer’s favorite for years and years. As it seems, Majora’s Mask, something of a darker entry to the series from years gone by, is getting revamped and re-released for Nintendo 3DS!

The 14-year-old video game first came out for Nintendo 64. Back then, it needed an expansion package to even be played. As time went by, it soon became the classic it’s now known for. Fans have been dreaming of its remake ever since Ocarina of Time got one. Well, it’s now time for it to make another appearance in the modern age! Totally reworked with today’s technology, bearing the same visual style as the recent The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3ds remake, the new version of The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask was officially confirmed during a Direct livestream from Nintendo.

With a lot of releases scheduled for The Legend Of Zelda series, including a still-untitled future Wii U game, this is just the latest addition to the hype-list. Majora’s Mask is scheduled to arrive sometime in spring of 2015. The 3D version of a classic alone is enough to build the hype, but here’s the announcement trailer for further details. You’re welcome!
