'Mission Impossible - Fallout' First Trailer Talk | Mission Impossible - Fallout

Superbowl Sunday saw a bevy of new delectable trailers and television spots for this summer's hottest new movies (Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018), Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018)), but where as some these were kept brief from thirty seconds to a minute and a half long in duration, we were delightfully surprised to see the sixth Mission: Impossible film trailer, a full length preview at two and a half minutes long, along with a title (a one-word title, not keeping with the last two films) and a poster! We had not heard much lately about the film, but now we have a good idea of what to expect from the upcoming Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018).

It's hard to believe that the last film was already almost three years ago, but Tom Cruise is back in action and his sixth go-around as Ethan Hunt, and once again it appears he and his team are in jeopardy after a mission that has gone haywire. The beginning of the trailer shows the return of Solomon Lane (Sean Harris), the primary villain from the last film, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation (2015), as well as Ethan's amusing team of Benji (Simon Pegg) and Luther Stickell (Ving Rhames). We also catch a brief glimpse of Ethan's past wife, Julia (Michelle Monaghan), returning for this next, and maybe last, mission.

It is not an understatement to this reader to say that this trailer is one of the most action-packed, intense trailers he has ever seen to date. Falling off of cliffs and helicopters, crashing cars, and death-defying stunt sequences that could only be provided by Tom Cruise permeate the entire commercial cut. This trailer looks dang good, and if it is to be the last Mission: Impossible film in the franchise, it appears that it will be going out with a bang. Fallout will undoubtedly be a huge summer smash success and entertain the most hearty action and suspense sleuths and enthusiasts.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie (Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation), Mission: Impossible - Fallout, should you choose to accept it, will star Tom Cruise (American Made (2017)), Rebecca Ferguson (The Greatest Show (2017)), Henry Cavill (Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016)), Simon Pegg (Hot Fuzz (2007)), Ving Rhames (Mission: Impossible III (2006)), Alec Baldwin (The Boss Baby (2017)), Vanessa Kirby (About Time (2013)), Sean Harris (Prometheus (2012)), Michelle Monaghan (The Best of Me (2014)), and Angela Bassett (Olympus Has Fallen (2013)), and will be breaking into theaters this summer on July 27, 2018.

Check out the first action-stuffed, nail-biting trailer below!!!
