10 Of Steven Spielberg's Greatest Films | Spielberg

Since it's Steven Spielberg's birthday, we decided to celebrate by remembering 10 of his best movies!  He has done so many amazing films, it's almost impossible to narrow it down to just 10, but we were up to the challenge.  The order is not reflective of their greatness, so let's get started.

Jurassic Park

Spielberg has done many great projects, but bringing dinosaurs to life was one of the best.  This movie let us all live out our dreams of seeing real dinosaurs, even if the consequences weren't so great.

Schindler's List

This is one of the saddest movies around, but Spielberg did an amazing job.  He has always shown a really great eye for bringing all the emotions to the screen.

Has there ever been a better depiction of a President's life on screen?  This film won numerous Oscars and it showed that Spielberg will never lose his touch.

Raiders of the Lost Ark

It was such a challenge to pick just one Indiana Jones film, but the first really was the best!  The rumors of an Indy 5 make us very excited for more, especially if Harrison Ford is on board.

This movie will always bring all the feels, especially after the passing of the great Robin Williams.  Spielberg has no genre restrictions.  He can really do anything!

The Color Purple

This film will always be a timeless classic.  It was just brought to the Broadway stage.

Saving Private Ryan

This is a great film about war.  It was about soldiers going behind enemy lines to save one of their own.  What more could you want from a movie?

Minority Report

Tom Cruise is awesome in this movie!  The futuristic aspect this film took was outstanding.  The story and visuals were on point in this film.

This is hands down the best movie ever!  The story of man vs monster is told so well.  Quint is the best character and the suspense created in this film still sends chills down our spines to this day.
