A R I Z O N A Might Just Be Your Next Favorite Band

We’ll definitely be hearing a lot more from up and coming, New Jersey-based band A R I Z O N A, so it’s time that we made a proper introduction of them.

A R I Z O N A, formed by Zachary, Nathan and David, first caught our attention with their latest single, titled “Where I Wanna Be”, which made it on one of our #MusicMonday playlists. However, there’s a lot more gems to find if you look into the New Jersey trio’s discography, so PopWrapped couldn’t help properly introducing them to you.

The track that started it all, “Let Me Touch Your Fire”, is a slow-burning and chilled-out kind of track, with some serious guitar strings making a difference here and there, over its drum-beat driven production. “Lady In Red” serves as an ethereal, synth-heavy kind of midtempo, with some butter-soft male vocals taking the lovesong to the next level, while A R I Z O N A give a twist to Taylor Swift’s revenge anthem “Bad Blood” and take it down to their sound, with atmospheric drums and keys forming a completely different tune.

The beat is more serious in breakout hit “I Was Wrong”, another chill-infused record with some house vibes in its electro-pop melody and sing-along-ready lyrics. “People Crying Every Night” keeps up the same kind of sound, only flirts with a more laid-back kind of funk in terms of melody. The chorus might even be their catchiest yet, with hook-ish oh’s and repetitive lyrics. Their latest release, “Where I Wanna Be”, is probably their most melodic one yet. While staying true to their roots, they make use of electronic elements in this laid-back sort of house production that are more radio-friendly than before.

There’s no doubt that things are just getting started for A R I Z O N A, and with such amazing samples of their sound provided already, we’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for new material. Make sure to stay tuned on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Soundcloud, YouTube and their official website.
