Amber Rose will have to start keeping her mouth closed sooner than later. The ex-stripper turned Kanye’s girlfriend turned businesswoman is learning the hard way why silence is golden!

Footage surfaced on Wednesday, February 23 of Rose, 33, addressing an excited audience at the All Def Digital movie awards about her new ownership of the popular Los Angeles strip club, Ace of Diamonds. She claimed she had recently bought the club and seemed eager to declare her new business venture.

“Do y’all know Ace of Diamonds?” she asked on the leaked video. “Well, I bought it.”

The crowd applauded and the news spread like wildfire throughout the media. Unfortunately, it looks like she spoke too soon because Ace of Diamonds is now suing her for a cool million!

Ace of Diamonds is one of Hollywood’s premier gentlemen’s clubs, which has been around for years now. Some of the most well-known celebrities have spent their hard earned money in this establishment, and, therefore, the owners aren’t taking too kindly to what Rose had to say. They claim her statements are completely false, and their business has never been sold to anyone. In the lawsuit filed by SKWS Enterprises, it states that the model has not put one red cent into the establishment and that she is being sued for slander.

But, according to a verified Instagram profile called AceofDiamondsMondays, which popped up later last week, Rose — who also has a son with rapper Wiz Khalifa — does own the company. This left many confused. After much research, it was found that, back in December, Rose filed a trademark on the name “Ace of Diamonds.” This trademark has not be approved yet, but Rose is confident in her endeavors. Apparently, the leasing owners of the factory where the club is located sued Rose, not the Ace of Diamonds brand owner, Jason Robinson. Robinson claims he is the true owner of the club and that Rose is his business partner. He says Ace of Diamonds is, instead, a branded club night that was created two years ago and that Rose has always had a major impact on this movement.

“Amber has always been in the fold with us since we started. She’s given us our biggest nights. Money was made, lines wrapped around the corner two or three times.”
