ACM Awards Announce 2022 Nominees

Despite all that has changed for the 2022 ACM Awards, the list of nominees looks much the same as it did in years past, with one or two notable exceptions. The 2022 ACM nominations were announced on Thursday morning (Feb. 10).

Five of Chris Young’s nominations are for Album of the Year and Single of the Year, including two for Album of the Year. The 16 nominations Miranda Lambert earned tied Reba McEntire‘s record, and she also earned four other nominations, while Walker Hayes received five nominations for the first time.

There will not be a broadcast network airing the 2022 ACM Awards. The show will be streamed on Amazon Prime for the first time ever. In addition to no commercial breaks, the two-hour show will feature a similar pattern of performances and awards. In addition to Dolly Parton, Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett will host the ACMs.

The 2022 ACM Awards will air on March 7 at 8PM ET from Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium.
