To celebrate the first episodes of its brand new series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Marvel will publish seven comic books with a custom variant cover of the show.
That’s right, true believers. Starting November 6th with Iron Man #18, you will be able to buy these comics with a variant cover featuring characters from the show, or with the original one, your choice.
The titles in the promotion also include:
All-New X-Men #19
Guardians of the Galaxy #9
Nova #10
Superior Spider-Man #22
Uncanny Avengers #14
Uncanny X-Men #14
According to DigitalSpy, Joss Whedon’s enterprise lost 830k UK viewers for its second episode. Hopefully, this strategy will reach out to fans beyond the TV and attract them to the show.
