A dentist from Alberta, Canada has big plans for a tooth he recently purchased. It’s not anyone’s tooth. It’s one of John Lennon’s chompers and he spent over $30,000 dollars for it.
What does Dr. Zuk, the dentist who purchased the item, plan on doing with Lennon’s tooth? Clone him, of course! He wants to raise the cloned man as his own son, but he’s willing to wait for the technology to be advanced enough.
He is actually considering making several John Lennon clones. “If it works once it’s going to work again, right?” he told reporters. Would the dentist raise them all? That is unclear.
You must be wondering how he got this tooth. He bought it at an auction in 2011. It had belonged to Lennon’s former housekeeper. The reason for selling it was so it would not get lost. How did she get it in the first place?
This is not the first time Dr. Zuk has bought tooth memorabilia. In 2012 he bought a crown from Elvis Presley. The dentist paid $10,000 for the item. He is looking for more celebrity teeth to buy.
