Alexa Villa Shares The Video for “Call Me Crazy”

“…this video is to encourage the viewer to never let anyone water down their crazy.”

Alexa Villa isn’t afraid of the outlandish. Instead, the Los Angeles-based “Bubble Rockstress” embraces it. With her new single “Call Me Crazy,” the video for which PopWrapped are delighted to premiere, Villa has created an anthem for the outsiders and dreamers who forge their own paths in life. The pop-rock earworm encourages listeners to embrace their individuality and step into their own unique selves.

“Call Me Crazy” is a vivid reflection of Villa’s bold way of living, and the video finds her at different stages of her life, trying to find her place and true identity. She shares of the song and its visuals: “’Call Me Crazy’ depicts the dreamer always dreaming and my many versions of crazy. I felt crazy dreaming big in a small town (yellow room), I felt crazy trying to find my place in athletics and different social clubs (blue room), I felt crazy trying to be pretty and trendy (pink room)… and then of course we have the crazy cat lady for fun (green room). Nothing felt right until I started doing things my way and leaning into that very thing that so many have taunted me for. I’ve realized that crazy for one person is magic for another. And this video is to encourage the viewer to never let anyone water down their crazy.”
