Over 62 million girls worldwide are not in school. Even more than that are fighting for their rights to stay in school. Let Girls Learn is a new Campaign program to help young females around the world gain a better education. Led by the USAID, Let Girls Learn is a new effort to provide more meaningful ways to gain an equal education for girls. USAID is the lead government agency that works globally to end extreme poverty, among other major issues worldwide. The agency has already announced that they have achieved over $230 million dollars for new programs to help support education worldwide to those who need and deserve it. Hear What Alicia Keys, Anne Hathaway, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Nikki Reed and company have to say about the Let Girls Learn Campaign in the video below.
Use the hashtag #LetGirlsLearn To spread the word and show what you will do to help better and strengthen education worldwide. You may find more information about the organization here. Keep Up With PopWrapped On The Web!
