With over 30 million Spotify streams, the American Authors’ new album, “Seasons” features a beautiful new track titled, “Before I Go”. The band just released their stunning new visual for the track which was filmed at Matt Sanchez’s, the drummer’s, wedding this last October, giving the video an even higher meaning.
The Island Records group is no stranger to hits. Five years ago, they dropped their single, “Best Day of My Life”, which went on to see amazing radio play, debuted at number 40 on Billboards Adult top 40 charts in 2014. Not stopping there, the song was also included in Vampire Diaries, Glee, and they also performed the song on the Eric Andre Show, as well as, it was used also used by the BBC in their 2016 United State Presidential Election coverage.
The video features amazing footage from Matt’s video in a vintage, home-tape, style, giving the video an even more special, sentimental, approach. By far one of the best videos they have put out, the video has already been streamed over 200,000 times and we’re definitely going to take a page out of their book.
