Another original cast member of Heroes, is set to reprise his role in the upcoming continuation of the super-hero saga Heroes Reborn.
Sendhil Ramamurthy has signed on for a few guest spots. He will be returning to his role of 'Dr. Mohinder Suresh'.
Ramamurthy is the fifth cast member from the original series to join Heroes Reborn. The others who are reprising their previous roles are, Jack Coleman who played 'Noah Bennet', Masi Oka who played 'Hiro Nakamura' , Greg Grunberg who played 'Matt Parkman' and Jimmy Jean Louis who played 'The Haitian'.
In the original series, Dr. Suresh was an Indian genetics professor who took up the study of evolved humans which his father started. He would later discover a way to grant ordinary humans special abilities. He would use the product of his research on himself which resulted in him turning into a reptilian creature.
Ramamurthy is also set to appear in another super-hero series. He has been cast in Stan Lee's Lucky Man, which will be aired in 2016.
Heroes Reborn , is set to hit the small screen this fall on NBC.
