Apple Apologizes For iOS Bugs And Introducing “Bendgate”

Apple publicly apologizes for the bugs in the iOS8 update. Users have begun calling the flaw in the iPhone’s new design “bendgate.”

Since the launch of the iPhone 6, it seems that Apple has had nothing but problems to offer its consumers.  From videos depicting the iPhone “bend” to the horrible update of the IOS8. Well aside from botched updates and suckish launches of new devices, Apple can do something right, at least…apologize.

An Apple spokesperson stated in an email–because I’m sure the poor guy is terrified to face the public after this sham–in which they apologized for the IOS8 update and stated that the “affected users can reinstall iOS 8 through iTunes.”

The only users that were affected were those who had iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S. This is why I never EVER go out and buy something new and shiny once it’s released.  I wait patiently for a bit until the price either goes down, they fix all the bugs, or I can steal it from an old woman on the subway…what?

The bug in the IOS update made users quite upset, as they found themselves unable to access cell service or use the TouchID fingerprint sensor. This led Apple to pull the iOS 8.0.1 update in a recorded-breaking few hours on Wednesday. Sad that the only records Apple is breaking is because of the infuriated amount of customer complaints and failed software.

All of these problems over a lousy inch or two! Not to mention, Apple has not even begun to address the issue about the new iPhone bending when a small amount of pressure is applied.  Nixon had Watergate, Apple now has “bendgate.”

Overall, Apple’s new launch of the new iPhone and software update reminds me of my night at prom – premature and bends only an hour after you play with it.
