Another musician has joined James Corden in his car for some Carpool Karaoke and this time it’s Ariana Grande. Her newest album 'Sweetener' just dropped and she got in the car and outsung herself. We learned a lot about Grande in her edition of Carpool Karaoke which made us love her even more. Check out the video below and look forward to their future band of just Broadway songs!
First of all, as a child her favorite movie was Jaws, literally speaking to our souls. Her Celine Dion impression remains on point, and she must (demands) to be carried everywhere. In Grande’s words, part of an elaborately, hilarious moment, “If you see me somewhere, I was carried there.” She plays on her own last name and orders a grande size coffee at Starbucks and then sings a little duet with Corden from Little Shop of Horrors.
As each song progressed, though, we heard Ariana Grande outsing herself. She performed amazing vocals for each song giving us chills. Her new album is excellent but this Carpool Karaoke is a national treasure, definitely earning a spot in our top five. Check out some other reactions from the twitterverse.
