IFA, the world's largest consumer electronics show, took place this week in Berlin, Germany and among the new technologies unveiled were two of the latest offerings from Republic Of Gamers, the ROG G752 and GX700 gaming laptops.
ASUS Chairman Jonney Shih took the stage to introduce the stunning new devices alongside Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President of OEM Division, Nick Parker. During the presentation, the two executives expressed excitement over the new laptop's compatibility with Microsoft's new OS Windows 10 and XBOX saying, "The ASUS ROG G752 is built from the ground up to take advantage of new PC and online gaming enabled by Windows 10."
As Windows 10 ushers in a new generation for gaming with features like cross-platform multiplay and XBOX streaming, ASUS made sure their new laptop could stand up to the task. According to a press release from ASUS, " With the new Windows 10 Xbox app, gamers can play their Xbox games on G752 directly, simultaneously play a game on G752 while streaming it to any room, or enjoy cross-platform Xbox gameplay with friends who are using the Xbox One via Xbox Live."
The new computer also features a dazzling list of features including a 6th generation Intel processor, the NVIDIA GTX 900M graphics card and a dust management system that eliminates dust build-up and keeps the system running fast and smoothly. The ROG G752 will be available in Plasma Copper, Armor Titanium, and Lava Red.
The new GX700 caused a stir as the first gaming laptop to boast its own water-cooling system. The water-cooling system allows for a boost in performance, allowing the hardware to work harder and avoid overheating. The GX700 comes with a 17" display and 4k resolution and will be available in Armor Titanium and Plasma Copper accents.
No release date or price points have been announced for either device.
