AT&T Launches New DIRECTV Channel Taylor Swift NOW

While Swifites were anticipating an unannounced album drop, Taylor Swift was in the works of dropping something entirely new: a DIRECTV Channel.

Taylor Swift has done it again. While Swifties around the world were anticipating an unannounced album drop — something that, much to their disappointment and heartache, hasn’t yet happened — Taylor Swift was in the works of dropping something entirely new: a DIRECTV Channel. So go ahead, Swifties: take a moment to breathe and process this news because it is entirely true.

In a statement made in November by AT&T Entertainment CEO John Stankey, “Taylor Swift NOW is one of many exciting things we have in store for Taylor’s fans and our customers as part of our exclusive multi-year deal. We can’t wait to get Taylor Swift NOW into the hands of fans to stream everywhere.”

So what exactly is Taylor Swift NOW? To put it simply, Taylor Swift NOW is essentially every Taylor Swift fan’s dream come true. To be more technical and specific, it is a streaming channel organized into themed chapters that is, as you may have already guessed, all about Taylor Swift. It is a Swifty’s go-to destination for their daily Swift fix, and it has everything that they’ll need.

Are you dying to go to one of her concerts or to re-live that moment she sang your favorite song? Taylor Swift NOW has you covered with concert performances. Curious to know what happens when the curtains close and fans aren’t around? Taylor Swift NOW has behind-the-scenes footage. To top it all off, the channel also offers exclusive videos, “commentary from Taylor herself,” and a special glimpse into the 10-time Grammy winner’s life.

Leave it to T-Swizzle to outdo herself … yet again.

Taylor Swift NOW is available to AT&T customers across all of their video platforms, including DIRECTV, DIRECTV NOW, and U-verse, as well as those platforms’ apps. It launched to its 25 million customers on November 30, 2016.
