Attack On Titan’s Second Compilation Film To Debut In 4D

Attack On Titan’s second compilation film will receive the 4D treatment (yes, seriously) in Japanese theaters. Yeah, we’re jealous too.

The official website for the Attack on Titan‘s compilation films has revealed that the film titled Attack on Titan ll: Wings of Freedom (Shingeki no Kyojin: Jiyu no Tsubasa) is set to get a 4D experience.

The 4D version of the movie will present audiences with actions that will occur all around them and not just in front of them. This special 4D experience will add effects such as water, wind, and light flashes. These are all effects that will heighten the viewers experience and make them feel as though they have been teleported to the Attack on Titan universe.

Can I please be teleported to Japan so I can view this film in 4D?!  That’s an experience no Attack on Titan fan would want to miss!!

The first compilation film, titled Attack on Titan Part I: Crimson Bow and Arrow, was also released in 4D, was completely remastered, and contained a redone dub. The second film is expected to follow the example of the first.

Attack on Titan ll: Wings of Freedom contains episodes 14 through 25, and is set to hit theaters June 27th, 2015.

The anime’s highly-awaited second season will premiere in 2016.
