Mike Sorrentino, The Situation, is coming back to our screens on his all new reality TV show, The Sorrentinos.

The series comes after his stint in rehab for prescription painkillers back in 2012.  The show is going to feature an array of Mike’s family, including Linda – his Mother, Marc and Frank – brothers, and Melissa – sister. The show is believed to revolve around his battle to stay clean and the pressures of developing and maintaining a career in TV.

Mike has admitted that the intention of the series, being referred to as a Docu-Comedy, will show viewers the real Michael Sorrentino and take them on a journey through what he believes is a very important step in his life.

The show is rumored to show a different side to Mike, not previously seen on Jersey Shore, Brad Schwartz, President of Entertainment for TVGN said, “We’re excited to take viewers, who met Mike in a very different time and place of his life, and bring them along for this ride with The Sorrentinos.

Whilst there has been no air date set, production is believed to begin this week in New Jersey.
