Talk about a backyard barbecue gone wrong… I just want to know if the ribs were really THAT good.

Sunday Night police officers were called today a residential neighborhood in Muncie, IN in response to a woman stating she had been stabbed at a barbecue… in the eye… with a fork.

Upon arrival the victim explained to officers the incident sparked when she took the last rib from the kitchen. The victim was confronted, about taking the last rib, by a family friend named Sabrina Davis.

Davis was allegedly using a fork to take meat from a pan when the confrontation began to escalate, resulting in Davis using that same fork to stab the victim in the eye.

Davis went on to tell police that at some point during the confrontation, the victim grabbed a knife and that she (Davis) was acting out of self-defense.

The victim was taken to a local hospital and treated from lacerations and a swollen eye but was was released shortly after…The attacker, on the other hand, was arrested.

I’m pretty sure we all think our family and friends are slightly dysfunctional but this takes the cake.
