Excitement and anticipation is running high for Batman and Superman’s showdown in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and, according to Warner Bros.’ insiders, the film, as well as Ben Affleck’s performance as the brutal and elusive Batman, received a standing ovation.

The head honchos of Warner Bros were reportedly treated to an early cut of Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice and they were so impressed and taken by Affleck’s rendition of Batman that they’re looking to sign Affleck to his own stand-alone franchise.

These rumors remain unconfirmed and only time will tell if Affleck will actually receive his own franchise. Despite the rumors being uncredited, the excitement for the film still stands and it’s bound to wow audiences when it hits theaters March 26, 2016!
