With San Diego Comic Con right around the corner, fans all over are buzzing with the excitement that comes from meeting their favorite celebrities, enjoying panels, and of course, the exclusive first look at new footage for Batman vs Superman.  New pics are slowly being revealed.

This week, Warner Brothers is setting up a strong start by treating fans to the very first official photos from the highly anticipated Batman vs Superman. The photos were released as part of Entertainment Weekly's Comic-Con preview, which also features quotes from Ben Affleck, who will be playing the Caped Crusader people know and love.

The photos provide a very first look at Gal Gadot as Diana Prince, more popularly known as Wonder Woman. Although it's been speculated by various fans that Wonder Woman will have a relatively small role in this film, the pictures show Gadot dressed as Diana with Bruce Wayne, both who are definitely not in costume.

We also get to see Batman in his armored suit, which we can expect to see during his first interaction with Henry Cavill's Superman that we caught a glimpse of during the very first teaser trailer.

Last, but certainly not least, we finally get a look at Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor. Eisenberg is sporting relatively long hair and a pretty toned down, casual young adult look, which is very different from previous interpretations of Luthor. This is definitely a new look compared to the usual bald headed, suited (armored or business) look that most people are used to.

It'll be interesting to see what kind of footage SDCC goers will be treated to. Maybe we'll get a look at Jason Momoa's Aquaman or see how these three prominent members of the Justice League will meet. Only time will truly reveal the answers to these questions.

Batman v. Superman will be in theatres on March 28, 2016.
