Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few days, chances are, you’ve seen pictures or clips of Miss Miley Cyrus twerking on Robin Thicke.  Well, as you may also know, Robin’s song “Blurred Lines” is the current promotional song for Beats Audio speakers and headphones.

At MTV’s VMAs on Sunday, Robin and Miley performed “Blurred Lines” together, and Beats took this as their opportunity to poke fun at the “We Can’t Stop” singer, with the advert that aired during the Video Music Awards.

The advert starts off with two of the Beats Pill speakers talking to each other while watching Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” video. They ask each other why he has no “thick girls” in his videos, if he’s called Thicke. They then mention how all of the girls are “flat assed,” and ask why they have no butts.

The one speaker turns to the other and says “Can someone please feed Miley Cyrus?” to which the other speaker responds with “Don’t you need ass to twerk?” before adding that “Sir Mix-A-Lot would be crying.”

While everyone else was disgusted by her performance, at least she kept her sense of humour.

Watch the video and see if you can see the funny side of the whole affair.
