So that’s how she does it!

Beyonce is causing quite a stir today (June 8), as the singer revealed on Good Morning America (GMA) that the secret to her fabulous figure is the changing of her eating habits and becoming a vegan, all thanks to the 22 Year Revolution.

“I am not naturally the thinnest woman – I have curves! I am proud of my curves,”she told GMA during the sit-down interview, “And I have struggled since a young age with diets. Finding something that actually works – actually keeps the weight off has been difficult for me.”

The 22 Year Revolution,  which was created by celebrity trainer Marco Borges, recommends his clients to use plant-based foods, natural and not processed.

“Psychologists have learned that it takes 21 days to make or break a habit, “Marco explains to GMA, “So if you’ve adopted a healthy habit in the course of 21 days on the second day, you’d be armed with a new habit. (And) that is the magic to sustainability. “

Although, this shouldn’t be a surprise, because back in February of this year, Beyonce announced her involvement with Marco when she launched her all-vegan meal plan.

However, fans of Bey have not been pleased with the recent news. Taking to social media, some have expressed their anger for the singer’s promotional needs for her vegan diet, even going so far as posting emojis of hamburgers, fries and pizza.

Obviously fans were expecting a possible new music announcement  when a hugely misleading promo was posted on her Instagram yesterday, and not a promotional “plug” for her dietary plans.
