Fox’s Bones returns for its ninth season and spoilers and a preview for the upcoming season have been released.
The preview shows Emily Deschanel, who plays Temperance Brennan, and David Boreanaz, who plays Agent Seely Booth, telling the camera little tit-bits about the show’s run. The show has aired every day of the week over the nine seasons; Boreanez says that the show will see some changes. We are also treated to clips from the upcoming episodes such as Booth expressing his concern for Sweets and a tense conversation between Angela and Hodgins.
Deschanel closes the preview by announcing that “there will be some amazing, exciting surprises for everybody who watches the show.” Freddie Prinze Jr. and Chuck Liddell are set to guest star in the first and fourth episodes respectively., with Prinze Jr. set to return during the season. We will also see Sweets during his down-time and Hodgins meets a new family member. Although there are no spoilers about the event, fans can look forward to the LONG awaited Booth/Brennan wedding during season nine.
