April 24, 2014 marks the 25th Anniversary of the premiere of The All-New Mickey Mouse Club. This iconic American variety show was the third version (the second revival following a remake in the late 1970s) of the Walt Disney television series, which first aired in the 1950s. Televised reruns of the Mickey Mouse Club had remained popular with audiences, but the show’s producers wanted to revive the show and give it a more “hip” and contemporary feel. Part of this re-branding effort involved changing the name of the series to The All-New Mickey Mouse Club. While the series had long been referred to as MMC by fans, the name was officially changed to MMC during the fifth and sixth seasons to reflect the modern, cool vibe that producers wanted the show to have.

The 1990s remake featured live comedy skits, the soap opera themed segment Emerald Cove, as well as music videos of Mouseketeers singing their versions of popular songs. The cast members of MMC also performed in concerts (MMC Rocks the Planet, the MMC Target Tour). In 1993, the entire cast of the fifth season released an album called MMC and toured the country to promote the record.

In 1990, the Disney Channel formed The Party, a pop group composed of Deedee Magno Hall, Tiffini Hale, Albert Fields, Chase Hampton, and Damon Pampolina, who were all cast members of The-All New Mickey Mouse Club at the time. Party is a backronym for “Positive Attitude Reflecting Today’s Youth.” The Party had several Billboard hits and went on to sell-out stadiums with acts like Taylor Dayne and Vanilla Ice. The Party disbanded in 1993 but reunited in 2013 (without Tiffini Hale), and the group is currently working on a new album.

The All-New Mickey Mouse Club also launched the careers of some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry today, including Christina Aguilera, Ryan Gosling, Keri Russell, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake and JC Chasez, who all starred in the sixth and seventh seasons of the show.

Former Mouseketeer, Dale Godboldo is the founder of Always in the Club, an organization that connects the former members of The All-New Mickey Mouse Club with each other and with their fans. Godboldo explained the mission of Always in the Club in a statement, as follows: “The fans and cast of the 90’s Mickey Mouse Club have grown up together and share a unique bond that I’ve tried to find fun ways recognize. The slogan once in the club, always in the club, represents that connection, but focuses its activities on what’s going on today.”

One unique feature of the original Mickey Mouse Club was the Mouseketeer Roll Call, in which the regular performers would introduce themselves by name to the audience at the beginning of an episode. As a tribute, and in celebration of the 25th Anniversary, below is a roll call of sorts, a complete list of the cast of The All-New Mickey Mouse Club.
